On Saturday, September 9, 2023, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University’s Faculty of Science and Technology launched its New Generation of Graduates Program, introducing a specialized course in alternative starch production for health food products. This innovative program, in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, aims to foster the growth of financially and socially sustainable businesses in the community by providing vital resources and education for local entrepreneurs.
Held at the Sriwaree Pavilion Operation Center in Samut Prakan, the program launch featured a special lecture on “Starch Innovation Ingredients” by Dr. Siwarat Boonyarattanakalin from Siam Modified Starch Co., Ltd., offering participants an expert perspective on advanced starch technology for food innovation.
The New Generation of Graduates Program goes beyond traditional education by providing mentorship, practical workshops, and access to state-of-the-art university facilities. This initiative is designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs develop essential skills, transform raw materials into high-value health food products, and gain a competitive edge in the rapidly growing health food industry.
