a. For displaced people and refugees
Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, led by the students of the Thai-Chinese Leadership Institute visited the Henkel Thailand Border School located in Kanchanaburi Province near the Thai-Myanmar border and conducted cultural activities and sharing cultural practices with the pupils and donated money and materials for teaching and learning as well sports materials to be used for education purposes and for improving basic facilities and services in the school.
b. For Displaced Community
Huachiew Chalermprakiet University through its various services for educating the community and led by its Faculty of Social Work and Welfare, it provides education in various aspects such as in living a sustainable life for the elderly people and how they can happily and meaningfully spend their remaining life.
Those who have just retired and are looking for something productive to do were taught ways on how they can start a cooperative in the community and help each other and be resilient in times of crises.
The younger ones such as the fresh graduates and the alumni who are not working yet were taught how to be entrepreneurs, focusing on raw materials already available locally to start with.
